Мультиспиральная рентген-компьютерная ангиография в режиме 3D обеспечивает идентификацию двух типов нейроваскулярного конфликта (НВК). Электроэнцефалография выполнена до и после устранения НВК. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: первый тип НВК выявлен только у больных НТН. Второй тип с одинаковой частотой встречался как у больных НТН, так и у здоровых лиц. Динамика биоэлектрической активности головного мозга до и после устранения НВК позволила установить достоверные признаки изменений, характерные для НВК. </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: выявление у больного первого или второго типа конфликта и типичных для классической НТН изменений биоэлектрической активности головного мозга (формирование эпилептиформного очага, очагов  ирритации в продолговатом мозге, превышение мощности электрической активности) позволяет отличить нейроваскулярный контакт от НВК. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to develop reliable criteria for the diagnosis of neurovascular conflict - the pathogenetic basis of classical trigeminal neuralgia (TN). </p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: 25 patients with classical TN were examined. Multispiral x-ray computed angiography in 3D mode provides identification of two types of neurovascular conflict (NVC). Electroencephalography was performed before and after the removal of NVC. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: the first type of NVC was detected only in patients with TN. The second type was found with the same frequency in both TN patients and healthy individuals. The dynamics of the bioelectric activity of the brain before and after the elimination of NVC allowed us to establish reliable signs of changes characteristic of NVC. </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: detection of the first or second type of conflict in the patient and changes in the bioelectric activity of the brain typical for classical TN (formation of an epileptiform focus, foci of irrigation in the medulla oblongata, excess of electric activity power) allows distinguishing neurovascular contact from NVC. </p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>классическая невралгия тройничного нерва</kwd><kwd>нейроваскулярный конфликт</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>classical trigeminal neuralgia</kwd><kwd>neurovascular conflict</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Nurmikko TJ, Eldridge PR.
