В соответствии с современными исследованиями представления о патофизиологии гепаторенального синдрома были пересмотрены в последние годы, отойдя от предположения, что развитие данной патологии связано только с почечной гипоперфузией вследствие развития периферической системной артериальной вазодилатации. На сегодняшний день изучается влияние сердечно‑сосудистой, иммунной, эндокринной систем, системы коагуляции, гематологических изменений, дисфункции эндотелия, приема лекарственных препаратов и других факторов на развитие почечной дисфункции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>An analysis of literature reviews, clinical studies, experimental research, clinical recommendations from pubmed / Medline and ELIBRARY databases on keywords for“liver cirrhosis”and“hepatorenal syndrome”was carried out. In accordance with modern studies, the idea of the pathophysiology of hepatorenal syndrome was revised in recent years, departing from the assumption that the development of this pathology is associated only with renal hypoperphusion due to the development of peripheral systemic arterial vasodilation.
