Приведено 6 наблюдений с раз‑ личными головными болями и 1 наблюдение с болями в спине у больных с кистозной трансформацией шишковидной железы после перенесённой верифицированной инфекции COVID-19. У всех больных до курса лечения выявлен дефицит мелатонина, L‑аргинина и L‑карнитина. После проведённой заместительной терапии болевой синдром был купирован в течение 10 дней у всех больных, а через месяц после начала лечения вернулись к референсным значениям нормы показатели мелатонина, L‑аргинина и I‑карнитина</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>As an introduction, the article presents a small review of the literature devoted to the problem of clinical variants of postovoid syndrome and, in particular, headaches and back pain. There are 6 cases with various headaches and 1 case with back pain in patients with cystic transformation of the pineal gland after a verified COVID-19 infection. All patients were diagnosed with melatonin, L‑arginine and L‑carnitine deficiency before treatment.
