В работе отражен зарубежный опыт использования препаратов (каннабиноидов) по рекомендованным показаниям, а также возможное перспективное действие для расширения их клинического применения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review presents recently available information on the properties of endogenous and exogenous cannabinoids, their possible mechanisms of action and effects.
