Вирус гепатита D — зависимый вирус, репликация и передача которого зависит от вируса гепатита B. Хронический гепатит D (HDV) — это тяжёлая форма вирусного гепатита, которая может привести к терминальной стадии заболевания печени и возникновению гепатоцеллюлярной карциномы. Трансплантация печени (ТП) является единственным вариантом лечения пациентов с терминальной стадией заболевания печени, гепатоцеллюлярной карциномой или молниеносным гепатитом, вызванным коинфекцией HDV. Также наличие коморбидного фона связано с более высоким уровнем осложнений, более длительной госпитализацией и худшей выживаемостью как до, так и после ТП. Представлен случай цирроза печени в исходе коинфекции HBV+HDV в сочетании с нарушением ритма сердца у пациента, находящегося в листе ожидания ТП Ростовской области.

Hepatitis D virus is a dependent virus that depends on hepatitis B virus for replication and transmission. Chronic hepatitis D virus (HDV) is a severe form of viral hepatitis that can lead to end-stage liver disease and hepatocellular carcinoma. Liver transplantation (LT) is the only treatment option for patients with end-stage liver disease, hepatocellular carcinoma, or fulminant hepatitis caused by HDV coinfection. Also, the presence of a comorbid background is associated with a higher rate of complications, longer hospitalization and worse survival both before and after LT. We present a case of liver cirrhosis as a result of HBV+HDV co-infection in combination with arrhythmia in a patient on the waiting list for LT in the Rostov region.
