Сексуальная дисфункция часто сочетается с артериальной гипертензией, но не распознаётся, не регистрируется и не лечится адекватно. Исследования сексуальной дисфункции немногочисленны, что может быть связано с табуированием данной темы. Проведён поиск литературных источников в пяти базах данных (PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Cochrane Library и PsycINFO) для выявления статей, опубликованных за последние десять лет (с 2014 по 2024 гг.), по ключевым словам «sexual dysfunction», «arterial hypertension», «antihypertensive drugs», «erectile dysfunction». В обзоре рассматриваются распространённость, патофизиология, клинические проявления сексуальной дисфункции у мужчин и женщин, её связь с артериальной гипертензией, антигипертензивной терапией, сопутствующей патологией, возможные способы коррекции.

 

Sexual dysfunction is often associated with hypertension but is not recognized, reported, or adequately treated. Research on sexual dysfunction is sparse, which may be due to the taboo nature of the topic. A literature search was conducted in five databases (PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Cochrane Library and PsycINFO) to identify articles published over the past ten years (from 2014 to 2024), using the keywords “sexual dysfunction”, “arterial” hypertension", "antihypertensive drugs", "erectile dysfunction". The review examines the prevalence, pathophysiology, clinical manifestations of sexual dysfunction in men and women, its relationship with arterial hypertension, antihypertensive therapy, concomitant pathology, and possible methods of correction.
