Описаны особенности диагностики данного заболевания, предоперационной подготовки, а также принципы наблюдения в течение нескольких лет после оперативного лечения. Кроме того, приведены данные об особенностях диагностического поиска и тактики ведения членов семьи с данным синдромом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to the clinical observation of a patient with multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome 2A, characterized by a combination of pheochromocytoma, medullary thyroid cancer and hyperplasia of the parathyroid glands. The features of diagnostics of this disease, preoperative preparation, as well as principles of observation for several years after surgical treatment are described.
