В нём проанализированы кандидатные гены заболевания, результаты полногеномных ассоциативных исследований, метаболомные изменения при ХОБЛ. Описаны методы метаболомного профилирования и варианты интегративных подходов в использовании этих данных в диагностике и лечении ХОБЛ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review is devoted to the modern understanding of the genetic and metabolomic basis of development, features of the course and therapy of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality in the world. It analyzes candidate disease genes, results of genome-wide association studies, and metabolomic changes in COPD.
