Выполнено генотипирование ОНП rs2476601 гена PTPN22.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: подтверждена ассоциация полиморфизма CT ОНП rs2476601 гена PTPN22 с ССпА в европейской популяции Красноярского края. В контрольной группе статистически значимо преобладал генотип СС, что указывает на его возможный протективный эффект. Дальнейшие исследования позволят уточнить роль в патогенезе ССпА.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: в результате исследования показана ассоциации между генотипом CT ОНП rs2476601 гена PTPN22 и ССпА в европейской популяции Красноярского края. Дальнейшие исследования позволят улучшить понимание роли в патогенезе ССпА.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to investigate the association of the single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) rs2476601 (C1858T) of the *PTPN22* gene with seronegative spondyloarthritis (SpA) in a European-descent population of patients from the Krasnoyarsk region.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: the study included 216 patients of European descent from the Krasnoyarsk Territory diagnosed with SpA according to the Amor criteria for spondyloarthritis. Genotyping of the *PTPN22* gene SNP rs2476601 was performed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: the study confirmed an association between the CT genotype of the *PTPN22* gene SNP rs2476601 and SpA in the European-descent population of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The CC genotype was statistically significantly more prevalent in the control group and is likely to have a protective effect.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: the study showed an association between the CT genotype of the rs2476601 SNP of the PTPN22 gene and CSpA in the European population of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
