Персистирующая идиопатическая лицевая боль

Аннотация
В настоящее время среди всех видов орофациальных болей наименее изученной является персистирующая идиопатическая лицевая боль (ПИЛБ), также известная под старым названием «атипичная лицевая боль». Исследования по данной теме немногочисленны, в связи с чем этот вид прозопалгии продолжает оставаться диагнозом исключения, а частота постановки ошибочного диагноза крайне высока. Проведён поиск литературных источников в базах данных PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, eLIBRARY для отбора статей, опубликованных с 1924 по 2025 гг., по ключевым словам «persistent idiopathic facial pain», «atypical facial pain». В обзоре рассматриваются распространённость, взгляды на этиопатогенез, клинические проявления, диагностику и лечение ПИЛБ.
